I have it on hold at the library, but the person ahead of me who has it checked out has it until June 15th, so it could be end of the month for me.

I'm a little late with my May reads that's why I've not planned my books for June yet, so I cannot say right now.
I'll tell you as soon as possible.
I'll be listening to the Spanish audiobook edition.

I have also fallen a bit behind, so I will probably not be starting earlier than mid-month as well.

I'm in chapter 14 now. I'm learning a lot about Clover's occupation and enjoying it.

I've finished it yesterday.
(view spoiler)[I have mixed feelings regarding this book, on the one hand I find its approach to death and the role that doulas play in helping people who are alone at the end of their lives to overcome the trance in a more dignified way very interesting, but on the other hand, it's difficult to get hooked on the story when you don't like the main character or you don't feel especially attracted to her, and that's what has happened to me that I haven't connected with Clover's way of acting in many occasions throughout the novel. I also didn't like the romantic approach at the end, it seemed too forced and a bit saccharine. (hide spoiler)]

Hello all .. I finished chapter 5.. and I think I like the book till now. The writing style is very simple yet captivating.

I love the character Clover.. how her feelings have been described and how Viu idly she describes her experiences.

I think I really like the relationship that Clover shared with her grandfather. They both enjoy each other’s presence despite not speaking much shows the strong bond. Also, the fact that Clover really listens to her grandfather and then implies all his teachings in her life is kind of sweet :)
