David Raz (davidraz) | 12797 comments Water Under The Bridge:
Kindle: One of those three editions is a paperback. Of the other two, one was indeed a placeholder which required merging which I merged. I also created an ACE.

Paperback: there are in fact three editions, all with identical cover. One was created by a bot. Another seems like an unnecessary ACE. I can only assume it was created for the better cropping, but it actually is of much worse quality. I queued the merging of the redundant editions. Please don't recombined until merge is complete, see policy.

David Raz (davidraz) | 12797 comments Our Scorching Summer:
One of the editions has an ISBN and the other has an ASIN. It is against policy to remove any of them. If you look more carefully, you will find that one of those Kindle editions was an ebook edition changed against policy. I reverted that change. If indeed this is a Kindle and no ebook is available, contact support and have them fix because Superlibrarians cannot handle ISBN issues.

Edit: the bot now added a different ASIN to the ebook edition. This makes things even more peculiar and only support can resolve it.

David Raz (davidraz) | 12797 comments Regarding "Water Under The Bridge", I specifically wrote, both here and on the librarian note, that the editions should not be recombined until the merge is done, yet you completely ignored both of my messages and the merge policy, and did just that.
As you can see at the log, one of the editions, as of this moment, is still in the queue:
https://www.goodreads.com/book/edits/...

Since this action is irreversible, there is nothing left for me to do here.

Lola | 306 comments I checked and it did show that the merge was completed... That edition wasn't showing up for me at all...

I did double check everything that was showing up tho. Sorry for the confusion and the mistake.

Thank you again for your help. I'll contact support regarding the problem.

Thanks for sharing. I have recently read the updates.

For this particular issue I have contacted support and they resolved it.

David Raz (davidraz) | 12797 comments I don't know what exactly you asked support to do, but all they did was to delete the ACE without the ASIN, which is not helpful.
After another request by myself, the ACE is now reestablished as public, though, again, actions are irreversibly. Everyone who shelved any of these edition will now see the incorrect edition.
