I'm not sure this merge is appropriate as it is. The edition data says it is the Pahlavi language edition. It is currently combined with English language editions, so a merge with one of those editions would be inappropriate.
The edition should be merged with another Pahlavi language edition, if you can suggest any, or it should be left alone if there are none.

Which edition should be the target? Note that the "empty" edition is a 1993 publication. I wouldn't want to merge it with a 2020s generic publication.
