We just got a call from our landlady, informing us that workmen are coming Monday morning to deal with the oil tank problem. We probably won't have heating for several hours 😫
We went to the Presbyterian Church today and really liked it. I think we'll go back next week.
Today, we helped the church by delivery some food and gifts to a family that needed some assistance. This little church of 80 people raised over $8000 dollars and helped 112 families! I am really loving this new church and the work that they do.They had everyone who helped with these gift boxes stand up and all but 3 people (including me and my friend, as this is only the 2nd time we'd been there) stood up! This congregation puts their words into action! I then asked my friend if she wanted to help deliver a box, and so we did! It felt so good helping!
