Children’s book published before 2005 about a scared bug named Freida

This picture book has two bugs who go for a walk. One is named Freida I believe. One bug is afraid of everything. The bugs see things that appear frightening such as a log that looks like a dog and a reflection that looks like a giant woman laying down. The bugs are eventually almost eaten by a bird and the frightened bug stops being afraid.
