World cat has a page count of 58 pages. can you tell me what is on pages 59-60? Some things we count & some things we don't.

I can't find on a source I'm allowed to use confirmation that this book cover exactly matches this ISBN. If you have a source please link to it here. Please note that we can't use booksellers other than Amazon & Abebooks, also can't use blogs or social media.

Hilde Helseth | 421 comments Page 59 is blank, and page 60 have all the all the technical information, like ISBN and publisher.

The link I have to the National Library of Norway also lists only 58 pages.

Carol She's So Novel꧁꧂ | 2302 comments Page count of 60 added.

Unfortunately your link doesn't show the cover. Looking around the internet I can't find any evidence that there has been another cover, but I can't verify at any source I'm allowed to use.

Can you confirm that the title is correctly capitalised?

Hilde Helseth | 421 comments Yes it is correct. The links I have to a page with the cover is

bokelskere.no/Embla/boksamling/4000521/

a Norwegian version of Goodreads, but with ads of where you might buy the books

and

www.bibsent.no/stolt-og-slagen-husmor...

which I think is a online book store for libraries, since the name is Biblioteksentralen

Carol She's So Novel꧁꧂ | 2302 comments The only book shops we are allowed to use are Amazon & its affiliates & we quite definitely can't use Goodreads competitors. Can you scan your copy in a way that shows both the front cover & the ISBN? If you can't I'll ask the group moderator.

Sorry about this. Records like this are one of the reasons that regular members lost the ability to add book records on Goodreads.

Hilde Helseth | 421 comments I can't scan at home because when I bought a new PC two years ago, I couldn't hook up my scanner. I'll have to do that at the library.

The ISBN on the booklet is on the back cover, and the owner library has put its sticker over it.

Ok, I'll ask the group moderator. It may take a couple of days to get a reply.

Tawnya | 4042 comments Hilde I have seen other readers use their phones. I am worthless when it comes to most matters of tech. When a smartphone was foisted on me I accidentally turned on the camera and all of a sudden I had a close up of my fat thighs. So I have no idea HOW they are taking the pictures and uploading them, but the members of my family laughed because it is something everyone can do...except me.
I know when I charge the thing an icon ask me what I want to do. I guess if I ever took another photo I could upload it.

Hilde Helseth | 421 comments I don't have a smart phone, my got a touch screen, but it is so old that I can only call and send texts with it and that all I need a phone to do. Everything else is what the PC is for.
I search for films for a few friends online, and sometimes take a photo of the cover on my PC and send it as a MMS, but that's it.

I scanned at the library a receit for a travel card that had expired to get back the money left, but I couldn't read anything on the scan, so some time this summer, I'll have to walk to the ofice to get my refund. The bus only goes there in the morning like 8 AM and at closing 2-3 PM, at least I can take the bus back home.

Tawnya | 4042 comments Since Norway is consistently on the best places to live lists I figure it might be like other places in Europe. When we were in Germany our apartment was in Nürnberg. The Kaserne were my husband was stationed was in Schwabach. The bus between the two towns ran three times a day. You knew if you missed the 6 pm bus you weren't leaving Schwabach without a very expensive taxi ride. Nürnberg has the best public transportation system in the world. We didn't live in post housing, so I took the u-bahn everywhere. We were less than a mile from the castle. If you leaned out of my balcony you could see it. After over 30 years later I still miss Germany.
