I believe this was a trade paperback without a hardcover edition. The setting is an office building, and a mandatory meeting has been called on a weekend(?). The employees gather, only to discover that the company has been a front for a terrorist(?) organization, and now they have outlived their usefulness they will be executed. The employees fight back and the corporate office becomes a battlefield.

Two key scenes I remember: one employee was late to the meeting because of a McDonalds-related toilet emergency, and by being locked out of the room he becomes a spoiler in the bad guys' plans.

Also, one character has to perform a tracheotomy on himself, and the author uses an extended metaphor of his body as the UN, with the different parts of his body being arguing nations. I remember thinking this metaphor was really clever.
