With all kindness, this should have been taken care of at the very start of the round, not three weeks in.

Many people read quickly and they may have already started reading the original version you provided. Asking readers to start over with a new version would be unfair.

This is why it clearly states in the rules at sign up:

3. Your book is fit to be reviewed.
If it is not, due to editing or other issues, you risk poor reviews. This is your problem, not that of the reviewers or the groups.
