I just want to make sure I've been understanding your requests correctly. worldcat shows this at 377 pages but you are saying that pages 357-377 are material that we would exclude from the page count (i.e. a sample chapter)? That is how I have been understanding your requests. Is that correct?

Yes that is correct.

The story ends on page 354, followed by the author biographies on pages 355 & 356. Pages 357 -377 are a sample chapter to another book in the series (Private Vegas).
