YA novel, different timelines, indigenous

It focuses on a young, adopted, woman (like highschool) whos visited by an older version of herself(she isn’t aware and I believe calls the woman grandmother?). The older woman shares stories that eventually help her make a decision. She discovers that in another timeline she’s dead(by a car accident) and a friend/love interest she’s met is dead in her timeline(same accident, different timelines). She basically has to make the decision to sacrifice herself to save his timeline. There’s also an accident towards the end that leaves a friend dead in one timeline and in a coma in hers. I believe the girls name is Clara/Cara
The novel shares indigenous stories(ie the sky woman)

I read it in 2021 online (through a free website, I’m pretty sure it was 8novels )
