Combining books (Done)

Dear librarians, can you please combine both of my titles, Sand Dollars by the Seashore? Thanks very much.

I also have a title The Moon Children by E. G. Creel that needs to be combined but it doesn't show up on the pull-down menu.

Why? Most combine requests can be done by regular librarians. Also, the request had already been handled.
