I just finished the Boys of Tommen series by Chloe Walsh, rugby romance and they're Irish! Similar to Elle Kennedy where each couple has their own book(s)/story, but check TW (it's not a dark romance by any means but it deals with heavy topics such as familial abuse and grief)
