aspen | 0 comments Start a avid skincare routine if you don’t have one find one that really helps your skin and find beauty products that are clean and environmentally friendly! Hope this helps❤️

el fae ౨ৎ ˚⟡ | 98 comments • stay hydrated
• skin care and makeup with clean ingredients (harsh ingredients can irritate your skin and nobody wants that🙂‍↔️ remember you don’t need anything fancy and you don’t need to use a crazy amount of products)
• prioritize your mental health. its most important (when you take care of yourself mentally it will show)
• get plenty of sleep!!
• if you live somewhere that’s hot during the summer wear sunscreen. it’s so important!
• this may sound silly but have fun make the best of your summer! <333 have an amazing summer vacation girly

mads ✮ | 28 comments some of these have already been said but…

-hydration is soooo important!! it can help with clear skin and just your overall health.
-keep your skincare routine consistent and SIMPLE!! it’s best to use a few products that work for your skin than a bunch of fancy ones that you don’t need.
-this doesn’t work for everyone, because it clogs some people’s pores, but i’ve been slugging my face with aquaphor before bed for glowy skin!
-get your nails done or paint them, it helped me feel more confident and put-together
-work out if you don’t already! start really small, and build up to longer workouts. it will help you feel so much healthier and happier, trust me
-have a yolo or idgaf mindset, this sounds cringe but changing your attitude can help a lot!
-do your eyebrows!! i brush mine every morning with a tiny bit of aquaphor and it really makes a difference

i hope these help!! ❤️

Lucy Jane | 6 comments I think a big part of glow ups is developing a signature style! For example choosing an aesthetic and sticking to it! You can start off by creating a Pinterest board and finding influencers and celebrities that you are inspired by! For me personally Xochitl Gomez is a big streetwear icon that I look up to! Then you can get cookin with your wardrobe by intentionally purchasing items that fit your new style profile! Also overall I think a bunch of different creators have glow up tutorials so you can check on instagram,TikTok, and I’m sure YouTube too!

mak ⊹₊⋆ (maklacedwithlove) | 210 comments tbh smt fun and will help you glow up later would be learning to do your nails better. you can get real into it by learning design stuff. if you get good at it you can cheaply do your nails whenever you want which will look better

It’s mostly about how well-groomed you are.

Jamie | 17 comments I recommend enjoying the outdoors. Beach, hiking, walking through the park, camping, picnics, anything outdoors that you like or try something new. It will keep both your mind and your body healthy!

‎‧₊˚✧ storm ✧˚₊‧ | 10 comments it's winter where i am 😂 but here are my tips:

-keep your skincare routine simple enough that you'll remember to do it every day. wear sunscreen every day - especially in the summer, and make sure you wash off makeup/sunscreen before going to bed every night. moisturise morning and night.

-stay hydrated! keep a water bottle on you at all times. and no, coffee doesn't count as water (that was directed more at myself lol)!

-get some movement in every day, whether it's getting out in the garden or just a walk around the block or something. vitamin d and exercise do wonders for not only your physical health but also your mental health.

-groom your eyebrows. it's surprising how much you can get away with wearing little to no makeup if you're eyebrows are in good shape.

-do something every day to make you smile. it can be something as simple as listening to your favourite song, taking a bubble bath, or hanging out with friends. happiness shines through. and happy people always look awesome :)
