She decided to go for some cereal and milk. Kara looked at Tatsu. "What?"

"Yeah. Yeah. Your as strong as nails." She sat down and started to eat her cereal.
"But it's human to get hurt sometimes." She said looking back at her then down to her cereal.
"Wait! I didn't mean... That..." She groaned and slid her cereal away. She doesn't even remember the last time she ate, but she lost her appetite quickly.
"She's upset." She said standing up. "I honestly wish we can just go back home. I want to play with the rifles and just watch TV not all this drama."
"I honestly didn't see what I was missing. I just really want to go back." She said gripping her hands then sat down heavily in the chair. "I can't... Do this..."
"I know, but..." She hugged herself slightly. "I don't know. Maybe I'm afraid of this all."
"I mean, I wanted it so I could kill Mike, but with everything you said and what Tatsu said. I don't know and I'm afraid."
"No. It's not that anymore. It's just I don't want anyone else to die, but that's what is happening." She shook her head. "I shouldn't have done this. I'm not good enough to be a mercenary."
"They didn't die because of you either. It's stupid HIVE." She gripped her hand again. "I just... Can't beat them." She stared down at her feet.
She sighed. "Maybe... But, I don't know. It doesn't sound like it could happen." She walked forward and bumped into Judd while looking down. She didn't care though.
She slowly looks up at him. "Okay... Okay fine. But, promise me something. Don't forgot it. When we are still alive when it's over, we are able to smile still no matter what happens." She said.
"Why?" She asked. "I think I could of made any other promise in the world, but I just asked to smile after everything we went through."
She stopped and stared at him. "W-what are you saying? Are you planing to die?" She said softly.
Her eyes started to tear up without her realizing it. "No. No don't say that okay. You'll keep living alright." She lowered her head. "Don't say that..." She started to cry.
She grabbed his hand. "I know we all die, but we need to live to the fullest before we go!" She said.
"No. There's a chance." She said looking at him, tears were running down her cheeks. "Please. Believe there's a chance."
"Fine." She said and then wiped her face. "Sorry... I just... Really like you and don't want to imagine you dying."
"What's bad about that?" She asked as she closed her eyes as he wiped her face a bit then she opened her eyes.
"So, you don't think I didn't kill people before?" She asked. "I'm not a crook, but I'm not clean either. I like you. Just deal with it."
She was quiet and watched him leave. She let out a breath and ran her fingers through her hair. 'Drama... Everywhere...' She thought.
Kara walked to the couch and laid down. She let out a sigh and curled up on it. She tried to calm herself, but it wasn't working.
Kara didn't notice Tatsu was there and was still curled up on the couch.
She flinched and almost fell off the couch at the sound of her voice. She looked at Tatsu. "I can't meditate. I'm not that kind of person."
"Judd? I've never seen him meditate..." She crossed her arms slightly with a sigh.
"Oh, but why would I learn and never do it again?" She asked with a shrug.
"Well, in this case I just feel like I don't need to." She said looking away from her.
She looks at her shoulder and sighs softly. "Alright. Fine."
She looks at the smile on her face and smiled too. "Uh, will Judd also be with us?"
"Oh." She said following her quietly and looking down at her feet.
She looked up. "Where are we heading exactly?" She asked softly.
She sighed and followed. "Yeah. I guess it's relaxing."
She saw the mats and sighed. 'Alright. Just get it over with.' She thought to herself.
Kara slowly sits down with a sigh and looks at Tatsu.
She nods and then closes her eyes. She slowly starts to just focus on breathing.
She opened her eyes and glanced at her. "Core? What's that?"
"Uh... I'm still confused, but alright." She said and closed her eyes again.
"I think I lost my rock a long time ago." She mumbled.
"I know, but I don't know how to do this even if I had a rock or I don't."
She sighed. "Alright." She said and tried to find her 'rock.'
She nodded and calmed down. She looked through her mind like Tatsu said.
She found a moment. The time when she was hunting with her dad.
She nodded and tried to focus though she couldn't focus on her father without merging the memory of his death.
"It's hard." She said with a slightly struggled breath. "My father..." She whispered.
Her eyes open and she looked up at Judd. "Judd... When did you get here?" She asked.
She nods slightly and closed her eyes. She focused only on that memory. She slowly started to relax.
She felt the eyes on her, but she didn't pay attention to them. She just focused on the memory until she opened her eyes.
She looked over at her. "Oh. That's good." She looked up at Judd for a moment.
"Really? Then I'm bad at even trying to meditate." She said with a sigh and laid down.
"I guess." She looked up at Tatsu. "It's okay if I never actually do it."
