Children's book about two sisters who share a room, one is messy, one is neat - they travel to other worlds made of items in the messy room. From around 1990's/2000's.

A patron has come into the library looking for a book they read to their daughter when she was younger. They purchased it at Savers and have since gotten rid of the book. We have been trying for days to find the title. It is not any of the following books Roomates- Glabraith, Super Completely & Totally the Messiest- Viorst, or Whose Mess is This. Below is the description the family can provide. Can anyone help figure out the title?

It was a hardcover illustrated children’s book from around the 90’s-2000’s about two sisters, one messy, one clean, that share a room. The sisters were white and I believe one was blonde and the other was brunette. they have a cat named jinx(?). they then traverse into the messy ones side into a pile of trash. they end up in different worlds made of specific things from the messy ones side like shoe lace world, hair world, etc. they end up having a banana split at the end and the messy sister has hair in hers. they end the book by taking a bath. sorry if it’s vague but I can’t remember that much.
