The book description led me to think that this could be a fun adventurous fantasy novel. Well, it was adventurous and um, somewhat fun... maybe a lot of fun for those who liked twisted sex scenes. This last part really caught me by surprised and I'm not sure how I got through 21 hours of audiobook. Scenes were spaced out though there be crudeness in between. I really do like 2 of the main characters though especially Erim, a girl disguised as boy -this is my favourite trope ever and probably the reason why hung on to the end. But, that's it; I'm definitely not chasing down the second book or maybe even any other book by this author.
