Castella, if I understand correctly, 17k is the publisher of the original Chinese edition. More precisely, here:https://www.17k.com/book/2158883.html
Wuxiaworld is licensed to provide the English translation by Minotauruz and 17k does not provide a different English translation.
Since this edition is the English edition, it is the Wuxiaworld edition, not the 17k edition. I corrected the details to reflect that and I don't think there is anything else to do. Correct me if I'm wrong.
ETA: The only thing I am unsure of is the cover. The current cover actually seems better since it doesn't have 17k on it, but I can't say where the uploader got it.
