It followed a couple living in Portland, Oregon. I feel like they might’ve been in high school or college. The main character, the man was a photographer and I believe the climax of the book was him cheating on his girlfriend and then photographing the girl while she was maybe sleeping, maybe awake. His girlfriend obviously finds it and freaks out. Also I think prior to having sex with this girl he was a virgin? I remember his dad giving condoms or something along the lines of that.
