There's a plus button at the top of the SS. We've hidden the rows so that noone has to scroll too far down to find the currently reading and planned books. Or to add new ones.
This will be done periodically as things are added to the official sheet.

Yay! Thanks for bringing in all those juicy points for our district :)

I'm not seeing a "plus button." Can you tell me where to find it? the only PLUS I see is to increase the font size. I found an error but still none of my read books are there when I click up or down. Sorry to be a pest but I didn't know our books would be moved and I'm not sure I had added my categories to my last book and wanted to finish it if I didn't. I was able to remember my books that I read though and added them to my shelf.
Also, what is the template-round tab for? I see that Cat has 4 books on it. Is it a tab I (we players) need to worry about/add to?

the + button is in row 6, right before column A. I have unhidden the rows now, so you can check your books. :) So now, it shows a - (minus)button.
Once you are done, you can give the captains a shout here (I can also do it) or just click the - button to hide the rows again. ;)

I was just using the template to test some of the dynamic bits, to copy and use for future rounds. Just ignore that sheet :)
@Catherine: Your books were there just for testing - sorry for confusion!
I have just moved a lot of the read books on to the official spreadsheet so if you want to look at them, you can find them there.
There are also filters on all of the columns (the triangle bits in the header row). I have filtered out everything that has been transferred, but you can see it all again by pressing on the triangle/funnel in b6.
When you are using the sheet, you can use the other filters to just see your books, but please turn it back to everyone's afterwards to avoid confusion.

In less great news, I'm feverish today and my brain is struggling with the concept of reading so not getting v far with stuff for the challenge.

In the same vein, I've been listening to books before sleep - thank goodness for the sleep turnoff function!

Sophie, hope you are feeling better. ♡

Depends how heavy the book is. I have dropped a hardback on my face before and that wasn't great.

Welcome home! I hope you've got lots of sleep since getting back.

Sounds like a lovely evening! Hope your knees are good enough to join in again.

Still got a temperature, boo. Little Miss has gone into nursery for an extra day today so I could rest and my voice is sufficiently rubbish that I've told work I'm not going in tomorrow. Have been mainly watching TV today as it requires less brain power, but I'm hoping to read more tomorrow.

Just finished

Ouch! I've heard that happening with phones, but ow! Glad you are able to take some time to rest - hope you're feeling better soon!

Welcome back! I hope your trip was amazeballs :)

This looks really fun - I'm in! TBR +1

I am truly surprised that I have never broken my nose whilst reading in bed! I only read in the mornings on weekends now…

I can understand readers' disappointment about the content, while not sharing the disappointment part. The thing is, that while it is claimed that he wrote these with possible publication in mind, I doubt it. This is a personal diary for Rickman himself with some thoughts and appointments, etc, and does not read at all like he intended to share this with anyone else, really.
So I guess, the enjoyment depends on whether we expected some content that reads like a carefully constructed memoir that has always been meant to get published, which this isn't, or if we can accept that this was something personal without big insights, revelations and continuous flow of writing.
Anyways, found a diary entry yesterday where he went with some friends to a restaurant called "Shelter" in Canada. While I already construed a reason why this book could work for the shelter aspect, I loved that this was the name of the Restaurant. 😊

Oh, I will check it out - not that I see a travel to Canada in the near future, but it's on my bucket list. 😊
Finally not feverish so managed to get some reading done.
The Golden Enclaves was a good ending to the series and showed more foresight into how the whole series had hung together than I've seen from some similar YA series.

What I write down (when I get round to it), wouldn't read at all the same as a memoir that I was writing to get across my thoughts and personal growth. Sometimes the personal insights from that type of writing can be great when published, but it is unpolished and separate to an autobiography/memoir in my mind.
Tofino is properly isolated looking at a map - I spent some time in Campbell River (other side of Vancouver Island from Tofino at roughly the same latitude) and you didn't have to go far out of town to be in the woods. We had deer that would come and graze on the lawn.

I will eventually get there to give Book 1 of Sholomance a try... one day. 🤭

I am hoping to finish tonight. The cover is perfect. I got the audio from Libby as well as purchased the real book on double kindle points day. I'm glad I had the book as well as audio. The audio is good but hard to keep track of the different storylines of each character in the beginning.

I got the first as an ARC many years ago (while I still managed to read them in a reasonable timeframe!) otherwise I'm not sure I'd ever have picked them up.
Your new ARC sounds like it should be awesome and love that it's a Hungarian author.
