I'm not sure what you mean since it is the only one in the goodreads database, but the format is paperback, the publisher is arktos and the ISBN is 9781914208201

It's not the only edition in the database, it's just the default edition. If you view all the different editions of that book (from the desktop web site not the app) you will see that the edition you have (ISBN 9781914208201) is listed as well and has been on GR since 2021. That's the edition you want to request the page count be changed on.
