He doesn’t know if he should tell her about the visit in his own dreams
“We should probably go back to the cabins before something happens.”
Elijah just came to the realization that the sun was coming up and they needed to get back so he helped her up and they started walking towards their own cabins
“Sorry for waking you up tho.” She said looking at the ground
“It’s fine I knew that you needed me” he said as he was about to continue it with the dream he had but he decided to keep that visit to himself
“How?”(BRO HAS BEEN VISITED BY TWO GODS 💀 I THINK ITS MENT TO BE CHAT)
“ well I also had an interesting dream last night”
“What was it?” She asked looking up at him with a confused look on her face
“Umm…. Aphrodite came to visit me in my dream…. About… you”
She stayed quiet. A lot was running through her head
They stood there in silence not knowing what to do or say
“What- what did she say?” Lana asked
“I don’t really want to talk about it right now”
“What? Why not?” She asked even more confused
“ I just can’t right now ok” he snapped though he didn’t mean to
She stared at him. She had flinched when he yelled at her even a little. “Wha-did I do something? Why are you so mad all of a sudden?”
“Im sorry i didn’t mean to scare you but.. I just need some privacy” he said then he walked away
“Oh my lord. So I’m the one that’s invading now? Got it.” She muttered to herself while walking back to her cabin.
He heard her and it made him sad but also more upset because that was never his intention he just didn’t feel totally ready yet
Once she got in her cabin she groaned and leaned against the door. Everyone was awake to water the plants.
Elijah sneaked back into the cabin as one of his siblings was starting to wake up and so he quickly ran to his bed so no one would know what happened
One of her cabin mates asked what happened “oh my hades. Don’t get me started! To sum it up? I was invading and he shut me out. and the crazy thing is? I was asking about a dream. That he had about me. THAT INCLUDED APHRODITE. Yeah sorry I wanted to know what happened.” She said, she was angry about it because she didn’t do anything. “Like- sorry I put my trust in you that I rarely ever have.”
Elijah was silent at breakfast and after headed to the practice area to swing at a practice dummy but he got bored after a while so he headed back to the woods because that was his one quiet place so he sat down and was thinking of what happened in the past few days and it hit him like a car, this is what his mom had been talking about so he repeated the words “it’s going to be tough but you are strong and can get through anything” he knew now what it meant he knew that he had ruined the best relationship he has had In a long time and he couldn’t hold it in anymore he started screaming and crying like a little kid
He was crying just like he had when his father abandoned him for good
His cries filled the silence of the forest but he knew no on è would hear him because he was really deep in the woods
That night she went to sleep with a bad feeling in the pit of her stomach
Elijah woke up as the sun was rising and realized he had fallen asleep and that people would be looking for him but he knew no one was awake so he just tried to fall back asleep
That day she kept an eye out for Elijah but she never saw him
Elijah woke up around mid-day he guessed from the position of the sun and felt absolutely terrible so he decided to walk around the forest for a while wondering if anyone noticed he was gone
At that point she had gotten concerned BECASUE she didn’t see him at breakfast or lunch. So naturally she went looking for him.

As he was walking he heard footsteps in the woods but he was still sort of sleepy so he went and hid in a bush and made sure his hand was on his dagger
She was walking along a path that the weeds had over grown so she started messing with the weeds, completely forgetting where she was
Elijah was using his senses to find whatever was in the woods because he knew it wasn’t moving anymore and finally he saw Lana crouched over some weeds so not wanting to scare her he got out of the bush and started walking towards her acting natural though he new he looked bad because he’d been sleeping in the woods
She saw something out of the corner of her eye and used the weeds, and wrapped layers of them around his ankles not realizing it was Elijah
Elijah tried to grab his dagger to defend himself but the weeds were quick and tripped him so he face planted and groaned “hey Lana-what are-you doing here?” He said in between gasps because the wind got knocked out of him
“AH! OH MY HADES IM SP SORRY!!” She in wrapped them quickly and helped him up “ uh- well I was actually liking gor you.”
“Its ok, I get it reflexes” he said as he stood up. “And yea I haven’t really been out much in the past two days” he said hoping she wouldn’t put together that he had been in the woods the whole time
“Why though?” She asked
“Oh. Ok.”
“Yea.. um, what are you doing here?” He asked trying to take the topic off himself
“Uhm… looking for… you?”
“Yeah….” She said looking around awkwardly “did you sleep here?”
“Yea I did. I’m going to go clean myself up” he said as he awkwardly walked away towards the cabins trying not to to be seen
“So that’s it?” She asked.
“What do you mean?” He asked genuinely confused on what she was talking about
“Sorry. Never mind. Today was stressful.” She said pulling her sleeve down (She was wearing her camp half blood t-shirt with a black long sleeve t-shirt underneath)
