Fantasy Recs?

Hi guys. So fantasy is one of my favourite genres but lately I've been reading a lot more romantasy. So does anyone have any clean fantasy books with no romance? Preferably clean with little to no spice.

Most of the fantasy that I read has romance, but I highly recommend the Red Queen series!

Did mine ears hear a request for Fantasy Recs? Glad that my Bat Signal is in perfect working condition. Here goes...

1) The Gentlemen Bastards series by Scott Lynch
2) The Farseer Trilogy by Robin Hobb - yes, a female Fantasy writer with a lot of angst in her Fantasy, while having Romantasy on a restraining order.
3) Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell by Susanna Clarke, a stunning 1400 page debut novel that is better than most similarly thick books.
4) The first Mistborn Trilogy by Brandon Sanderson. I suggest this because you'll love the main character, a strong and independent heroine.
5) The Dragonlance novels by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman.

Enjoy these reads, as they will give you hours of rest from grotesque romance couples and tropes that plague some of your Fantasy reading.
