message 128: by Judith Speed (new)

Judith Speed | 208 comments Brideshead Abbreviated by John Crace - basically a piss take of all the “worthy” reads of the 20th century.
If you’ve never had time/inclination to plough your way through such classics as Howard’s End or The Great Gatsby you can read this and
a. Know what you’re missing.
b. Impress all your friends.
c. Congratulate yourself on having the good sense on not wasting huge chunks of your life wading through the shite favoured by so-called intellectuals.
