My family always called this book "Timothy's Red Barn" because in the end he found that the red barn was his home, but that is not the title. I have looked up various possible titles on the Little Golden Book site and have not been able to find it. This is a nostalgic favorite. Whenever we went on a car trip out in the country and saw a red barn, we would all exclaim, "Timothy's red barn!" I would love to have a copy of it again, as I do not have many things that represent good memories from my childhood.

Thank you so much! I would have sworn this was a Little Golden Book because that's mostly what I had when I was a little kid. Just shows you shouldn't limit your thinking. I'm off to AbeBooks to see what they have. 😊
