[DONE] Please Merge the identical editions

There are currently two editions of the same name and information for "Ripple Effect".

The first one does have an ISBN, which would be the same for the second (I'm assuming at least based on my research).
However the cover image of the 2nd is a little better, and it has more ratings (1.297).
