Just checked your profile and saw you were reading a lisa jewell book. Me too and im also struggling through! i'd try reading short books/novellas and taking a break from that book or even maybe dnf it if its causing a slump
try a completely different genre or reread a favourite book because this will help reading go much faster if you already know you love what you are about to read!
