Delete my work

Hello. I was required by law to eliminate my book from existence, since the religious congregation I portray in the book has not given me permission for it to exist, and is threatening to sue me. I have removed it from circulation and ceased all sales, yet there are still a few registers on websites such as Goodreads. I've tried to delete it through my Author Account, but that didn't work.

Could you please delete the entry for the paperback and the digital edition, if applicable?

I read the book « Deserto dos Tartaros » by Dino Buzzati in the Portuguese edition. I did the rating and review. Today I went to do an update on the English edition and the classification was not there. When I put 5 stars, my previous review and rating in the Portuguese edition disappeared. I don't understand if I did something wrong or the problem is with Goidreads. Thanks for listening.
