I read this book in high school around 2017-2018. The main premise from what I remember included the main female protagonist having the ability of knowing someone is about to die as soon as her fingers started twitching. I read it around 2017 and 2018. There is a sequel novel that I also don’t remember. The main cover was a frozen lake. Maybe started with a D.
