I wasn’t a fan of the ending as it’s not really an ending but a massive cliffhanger for book 2 😡 so you’re left holding the book in shock with no clarity. Too many questions left unanswered! However; the series is great. Reading all 3 is a great series!

It was just as shocking, but I was actually ok with it. At least more of the story had been fleshed out and questions answered but book 3 was fantastic.

I just read Divine Rivals and it was a highly satisfying read even with the cliffhanger ending. Just enough questions are answered to make it feel finished yet not enough for the story to be complete.

It’s ok. I know I’m probably in the minority on this one 😂
