The Crown of Gilded Bones
question
Does a book read in multiple formats count as one reading or as separate readings

Metamorphoses
I'm in a dilemma. I am an avid reader who uses two -- sometimes three -- formats of one book. I usually do this when I end up having an ebook version first, and then I buy a physical copy later, or I have an audiobook that I listen to while reading (either a physical book or an ebook).
My question is if I use different formats of the same book at the same time (or as a reference guide for later), do they count as separate books? If so, then I've read more than I expected!
What does everyone else think?
