I am desperately looking for recommendations similar to T.A. White's Rules of Redemption or Ilona Andrews Hidden Legacy series. I have read many of the most popular and well loved PNR/UF series but have had such a hard time finding anything new with solid plot, magic system and character development. Please share your recs!!

I second the recommendation of Patricia Brigg's Mercy universe. Moon Calledand On the Prowl(<-just the Alpha and Omega story)
I second the recommendation of Patricia Brigg's Mercy universe. Moon Calledand On the Prowl(<-just the Alpha and Omega story)I also enjoy Thea Harrison's stuff Dragon Bound
I've recently discovered Annette Marie's writing too The One and Only Crystal Druid and finished this series. I plan to start the main series that it is a spin off from.
I would recommend Ilona Andrews Innkeeper series too Clean Sweep, it's a bit of a spin off from her Edge series (also awesome but even more action packed which can get tiring.)

Thank you for the recs! I have the first innkeeper book and haven't read yet. I have not heard of Annette Marie or Thea Harrison and will definitely check those out!!

I own every Thea Harrison book she ever wrote (that I know of). Older favorites (who are no longer writing) are: Debora Geary (last book 2014), Annie Bellet (last book 2022), Deborah Blake (last book 2022), N. E. Conneely (last book 2016).
Give Rachel Bach a try - trilogy/space - start with
Give Rachel Bach a try - trilogy/space - start with
   Fortune's Pawn.
Fortune's Pawn. Also space (though grittier than T.A White) try Tanya Huff's 8 (?) book series - start with Valor's Choice
 . Great heroine.
. Great heroine.Okay - more Hidden Legacy - family/magic type recommendations:
Try Jane Cousins - Her southern sanctuary series is a hoot (14 books so far) great eccentric magic family & the romances are sizzling. Start with To Woo A Warrior.

Or go with her other PNR series about Valkyries - and start with - What's Up, Buttercup?

Shelly Laurenston also does great family-centric PNR with a shifter edge. Start with Mane Event
amusing along with wonderful world building and romances
amusing along with wonderful world building and romancesSame goes for her alter ego - G.A Aiken. Major world building around family of dragons. Fiesty fun.
All of the above are excellent - can't go wrong
