Help me find a book- I can't remember the title

I can't remember the title of this book and it has been bothering me for at least four years. It is definitely YA / Romance. The book is about this girl that starts a podcast I believe at her school with her best friend. It is a romance podcast and they help others. I can't remember how the guy gets introduced but the main girl thinks he likes her best friend but the whole time he's liked her. I also remember he tried like asking her to prom with sticky notes or something. Anyway I was just wondering if anyone knows what book I am talking about. Thank you!

I actually need help finding a book too. I can’t remember all the details but from what I remember this girl goes out with her boyfriend and he hurts her and something happens and she gets powers all of a sudden and somehow she electrocuted him and he did and she lost all her friends because they believed him and she got green hair and this private investigator starts looking into her and she starts falling in love with this boy and I can’t remember the rest
