Mystery thiller, 3 main characters, similar style to JP Delaney and Colleen Hoover. the main character is suspected of maybe killing her parents in a house fire. Starts off in a rehab/retreat/wellness centre/pshychiatric facility. second half of the book was at a house in the country, and there was a well involved in the murder (thrown down a well maybe) there were 3 main characters, a yound woman, her fiance and her male friend from the rehab.
I remember something about a body swap? also a gold watch??
