If you wrote a book and it started and ended with the same sentence what would it be?

i've written a book kinda like that excpet instesd of ending on the last line it started the last chapter with the same sentence.first line: this is how I caused the death of a thousand innocent people.
first line of the last chapter: Nine years ago I caused the death of a thousand innocent people.
now if i was staritng and finihsing it in the same line i would write somthing along the lines off
first line: every love story starts the same. (mc saying how she hates love at first)
last line: every love story starts the same. (relizing she loves love and that exactly what happened in the story was the same as a love story.)

"Summer days stretching on for years, golden haze over the gentle tide... she wasn't a poet, but there was something so beautiful about watching the sky fall down." (beginning would probably be a sunset, the end would be a massive meteor about to hit earth, filling up the sky)

@Vitor-my story would be something like that too. Because if you sum it up, it really means that the difficult times would pass lol.
probably something morbid lol and cliche like 'she was a lonely girl' then the book is about her learning what love is, piecing herself back together. she loses it all. "she was a lonely girl", she whispered before letting herself fall something dumb but saddening
