Hi Claudia, as far as I can see, the specific edition you are talking about does in fact have 592 pages as it already says in the Goodreads database, not 583.

The Kindle edition you have shelved has 177 pages which matches the pages listed on the corresponding Amazon book page here ->

Unfortunately for you, that Kindle edition was linked to a now out of print paper edition with ISBN 9781514347546 which had 176 pages on Amazon at the time it was linked.

The GR policy for page counts of Kindle editions is to use the Amazon listed page count regardless of accuracy. If you want your reading stats to reflect the higher page count, you would have to switch your shelved edition to achieve that.
