I have read The Girl who Played with Fire. It was my least favourite book in the Stieg Larsson trilogy. But others found it more interesting than the first book. It depends from person to person. I liked books 1 and 3 more. 2 was very slow in the beginning.
Feluda sounds interesting. I read a few stories when i was in 8th class.

I started off with Walking the Himalayas I knew Levison Wood's would NOT pull me down and I was right about it.
This travelogue is filled full of twists and turns and passions that is quite a treat to read. If someone is interested in reading a Non-fiction but not much inclined towards it, this is the book that should be taken up.

Relic is easily the book that has been sitting in my TBR pile for the longest time so naturally it was a much much anticipated read for me and thankfully it was the best book i've read in this year! Amazing plot line full of exciting characters and a mystery any book lover would love to read. Added a review here

I went out of my way and selected Walking to Aldebaran and it was a beautiful MindF*ck! Short novella with a deep story. Like other readers, it was fun to read this one however it would need some re-reads for sure. Checkout spoiler-free reviews here - Review

Hey Austin!
I had read similar stories about The Girl who Played with Fire when i checked a couple of reviews. Guess, I'll find out. 1 was definitely good. but if it's a slow burner, I might not enjoy.
About Feluda, like you, I have read only a few stories but it is super interesting so this time planning on reading the whole series!

While #1 had me blowing my mind and spending nights, #2 was somewhat mellow.
I am actively looking for a Buddy read partner for reading #3.
If anyone is interested, please DM :D

Hey !
Sorry i missed this message.
Definitely. I am planning on picking this up in the later half of the year. Have you planned any specific time of the year for this?

Super!
Will keep you posted

It was great to read and finish this series. Inarguably the #1 was the best. There are more part to Dune however they can wait for some time.
Read about Dune #3 review here

It seems like a good suspense!

Quite late to the 2024 party, i gather :P
I'll be posting reviews of all the books that I read during the year.
Touched a new low in 2023 with respect to reading books and i wish to change it this year for sure!
I talk at length about books that I've read & other rubbish too :P
This thread will have all such descriptions and logs which might help someone either take that book up or throw it out of the tbr pile :P
I love reading Fantasy, Mysteries, Sci-Fi's and books with pages less than 500 are always a charm to read
