Ha love it!On the topic of bridges between east and west...does anyone have any knowledge on the Sikh religion? It seems to be a modified version of the dharma religions in that it believes in One God but that human live through a cycle of death and rebirth in order to attain grace to meet him....Jesus is considered one of the ten Gurus of the faith....all rivers(religions) lead to the vast ocean of truth(God). I know this religion is not as old as most, but it is a major religion-I’m wondering if anyone has anymore insight since it seems to truly mix the flavor of Abrahamic religions with those of the Dharma followers(Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism).
*i actually just purchased the Guru Granth Sahib on audible at a whopping 92 hours!!! I’ve read New American Bible, the Koran, The Dhammapada, the Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita, all of the gnostic texts, Sai Satcharita, excerpts of the Midrash and Torah.....I can’t wait to delve in here

Those are among the best and purest Gnostic literature in my opinion.
References to magic, out of body experiences and NDEs, etc, are contained in the Mandaean books...

The extent of the Mandaean literature, considering the relative smallness of the community, is surprising; it forms a remarkable body of gnostic writings, the authors of which are not known to us by name. This extensive written tradition has a purely religious character. It comprises liturgies, prayers, hymns, commentaries, legends, theological-mythological tractates and priestly speculations.
The most important works of the Mandaean literature are the following:
The Ginza, which means the 'Treasure'. It is consisting of two main parts, the right Ginza and the left Ginza . The first part is a collection of eighteen tractates, predominantly preachy mythological and cosmological content. The second and smaller part consists essentially of the hymns for the mass for the dead. It is really a book which is devoted only to the soul and its ascent (masiqta) to the World of Light.
The Book of John (drasha dyahya), a mixed collection (perhaps a supplement to the Ginza ) of thirty-seven sections of varying size, chiefly mythological in content, among which are tractates about John the Baptist.
The canonical prayer book (Qolasta), which means 'collection', contains songs and prayers together with directions for religious ceremonies, above all for baptisms and masses for the dead.
Thousand and Twelve Questions ( Alf trisar shuiale ), a collection which consists of seven parts and is intended for priests only.
The chronology of the Mandaean literature is beset by difficulties, since it offers scarcely any specific historical references. However, some researchers can date it between the pre- Christian period and the third century A.D.

As it was then, so is it today: Beliefs are not necessarily based upon facts or Truths & it is usually very costly. For instance, there are over 4000k sects of Christianity with various contradictory beliefs - If say, only One is factually True, then the other beliefs if not true but a lie, could have a soul going in the opposite direction away from God rather than where they think they are going. Probing deeper and wider would be be very Enlightening.

I was on my own spiritual search for over 30+ years (retired now) until I found what was right for me, but it doesn't mean it is right for all and I'm still learning...always will be.
The light is there within and for all to find it with love.

Meditation to me is invaluable and has helped and taught me so much, as you say the journey is eternal through many lifetimes both past and future ones.(both my husband and self have past life memories which have been proven to our satisfaction maybe not for others but your journey is yours).
I have both seen and experienced so much in my life so far from the age of 3yrs which I hated but it started my spiritual search from he age of 14yrs I'm now 66yrs and my jigsaw and tapestry has far to go.
Rightly said by you the signs are guidance and it can be surprising what can happen as long as you learn to listen too? be sure of your protection and source though I'm sure you do not need that reminder but I feel that some do.
Regarding the eternal journey for me once on this path there is only one way and that's to stay on my path regardless, you could say it's my obsession lol.
I will say over the years I have had many psychic and demonic attacks from those of the dark wanting to close my light but strength and staying in the light amongst other things will always prevail. Unfortunately you are a threat to them but you learn to handle it.

We totally understand from the level you speak. Meditation is a Foundational Tool. Its primary purpose is to still the Mind. When the mind is Totally Stilled - SELF can be KNOWN.
Immortality is the ultimate experience. Honestly, you do not need an Eternity to achieve THAT.

I keep a permanent protection not only around myself but around my home. I do have a kindle subscription so I'll check out your book. My fights have been both on the Astral and on this dimension, they are vulnerable to chi and a chi blade as it comes from the god energy (the blade is imbued with chi) They tried to stop my spiritual progression from a very young age and the lords prayer helped me then. My spiritual chi lineage originally comes from a Shaolin trained Grand Master who trained my mentor in preparation for me ( he knew all about me from my birth and told/prepared my mentor he was an amazing man although I never met him in this life?).

I believe that the Magi saw something at a certain time in history that told them; there's going to be a divine King born in Bethlehem, saddle up the camels, we have to go see. Jews would have noticed that, Gentiles would have noticed it, because they were watching. And they believed that the Creator God, the God of Israel, was capable of telegraphing stuff like this. I don't think it's a coincidence that the Dead Sea Scrolls calendar, that the Qumran people used, is the only calendar in the ancient world that creates a time window for the Messiah's arrival that matches Jesus. I don't think that's a coincidence. Check it out!

I AGREE.. in fact the other night I was reading about the 1947 so called coincidence of the Dead Sea Scrolls which as they have now been "translated" and incorporated into the newer Bibles really flesh out Genesis.. and then the coincidence of the Alien Agenda at Roswell the same year. .. I love that the Magi who were not magicians.. but in fact followed the procession of the Equinox and were familiar with the Sky in terms of keeping time were shown to be in Bethlehem.. and a star was hanging in the sky .. so they would know that a KING IS BORN. In a Remarkable Find, Archaeologists Exploring the ‘Cave of Horror’ in Israel Have Discovered a New Dead Sea Scroll https://news.artnet.com/art-world/new...For the first time in 60 years, archaeologists have discovered a new fragment of the Dead Sea Scrolls, a cache of ancient Jewish and Hebrew religious manuscripts uncovered in the Qumran Caves on the northern shore of the Dead Sea.
The Israel Antiquities Authority, which carried out the excavations, believes the new scroll, written in Greek, is actually a missing part of the “Book of the 12 Minor Prophets” scroll, first discovered in 1961. It contains verses from Zechariah 8:16-17 and Nahum 1:5-6. The minor differences in the wording compared to other known manuscripts are important in helping shape our understanding of the evolution of the standardized Hebrew Bible.
