I own about 5 + shelves of books that I've all read, and then I've also had to get rid of books because they were just taking up too much space and I hardly ever re read the same book twice...plus the books that I've borrowed from the library! I've read quite of bit but they've been acquired over the last 4 years so I wouldn't say I've read nearly as much as some of them people here lol!!

also side note, I typically only keep my most treasured books and book series lol like Folk of the Air series, The atlas six series, hunger games, and my Harry Potter series you'd have to take them from my cold dead hands

Oooooh um... over 200? And I belive I haven't read about 20 or so? I have currently 5 series I'm trying to finish. I'm preparing my summer reads as well
I own probably 150 trying to read them. I gave away a few here and there that I decided I really did not want to read. Hot about 15 currently I read to go to a friend when I see her. I am trying g to read from the books I have, but if my son or family buys me books of course I have to read it first. I recently bought Drowning by T.J. Newman because I read Falling that she wrote and loved it. Both books were great reads.
I own approximately 200 (last time I counted) and I have ab9out 140 that I have yet to read
I have almost 150-200 books out of which i have read 52 books but i am completing all these books this year
Not counting Graphic Novels, I have 55 books and I have read a total of 9 of them.
I have a few thousand, and have read all except maybe 10 of them. Hubby asked me to whittle down my collection a few years ago, and I donated all that were not signed by the author and/or illustrator. I still had over 1,000!
I have read maybe a third of the books I actually own. I love the look of books on my shelves, so I buy them all the time from used bookstores. However, I LOVE to read on my kindle, so the physical books rarely get read. I know the solution is to stop buying physical books, but I’m clearly unwell so here we are…

I have large shelves of books in all rooms but halls, bathrooms, and kitchen. I am trying to condense my library, and every book i read, i try to donate to let someone else try it, so no books on my shelves do i read more than once. Still i have so many books from years ago, signed or out of print in all genres but picture books so...I hate to get rid of a book even if i get it for free unless i try to read it. Pack rat, me! Hopefully my local indie bookstore and sci fi convention will get many i will never get to read to people who will...
between kindle & hard copies I have around 500 books I have only read around 64
I've got a stack of unread books ... maybe 20? But I don't know the actual count. I've got 2 oversized diy bookshelves that both have 5 overflowing shelves. In addition there are 5 smaller 4 shelf cases plus a lower case. All are full to overflowing. And there are random stacks of books that I need a home for. That Doesn't include the genealogy or craft or cook books. When we moved to our current location, we took several large boxes of books to Ronald McDonald House, gave more boxes full to the library, and sold some at a yard sale.
I have sets such as Harry Potter, Terry Pratchett, Mercedes Lackey, and Andre Norton. I reread them. If I won't reread them they go to one of the above places, but until they're carried out they rest in the spare room awaiting their doom.
At last count we had over 2000 and it's grown since.

I have over 400 books last I checked and I have read them all even tho I do forget add them here.
Thousands. 2000-4000 maybe. Have read probably 1200-1500. My TBR list is long. That doesn't include ebooks - several hundred Nook and over 6000 Kindle. My currently reading list is also long. I read a lot of non-fiction as well as fiction.
A whole stack of books. Divided up into several collections.

i don't own many books, maybe 2-3? I mostly borrow my books from the library. from the books i own, ive reread them countless times.

over the years I have gotten around 230 books and have 50 of them left to read because I keep rereading books
I own around 370 books, (life goal of 1,000) I’ve read about 130 or so of them :)
Not really sure how many I have. Maybe two hundred or so. I'd say I've read about 185
I don't think I own enough books, but that is just me. I have read majority of the books I own, but I have brought quite a few recently so the ratio is now that I own more than I have read.
I own too many books, so I'm in a culling phase now, donating them to the library book store, or the free book exchange at the food bank. I have boxes of books that I need to go through. Now, I mostly read new releases by borrowing them from the Library.

I mean, it's great thet you donate books, but I can't get separated from mine, unless they are exceptionally boring or bad to the point I'm sure there's no way I will ever like them
I don’t own that many honestly. I read them and get rid of them if I don’t think I’ll like enough to keep. Total maybe 50ish but I’ve only read like 5-10 of them which are ones I keep because I absolutely love them.

I used to own books, but I don't bother buying physical ones anymore that take up room that I can use for other things. I prefer digital ones nowadays, but I miss being able to pass them on to friends. Oh, and I've not read all the ebooks I own! Another sorta bad thing about ebooks is that it's too easy to find great ones all the time. I often browse book sites for hours. It's addictive!
I myself when thinking in terms of ebooks that they can be updated/removed at the will of the publisher and seller.
200+, I've read every one and this is not counting my digital library of programming languages that have also all been read. I don't purchase digital for historical/current issues work, always physical and if possible hard cover for me.
