My old German Famous Five books by Enid Blyton from the early to mid 1960's as they are very hard to find these days.All the novels by Nancy Thayer that she signed for me when we met.
Our Pastbook (it cost us $ 100 and includes 400 pages of my Facebook pages way back in 2020 or 2021, lots of beautiful morning skies that I had photographed).
And the 4 Tom Ripley novels by Patricia Highsmith translated by Anne Uhde (Diogenes unfortunately had a new translation published and the old Anne Uhde versions are no longer available in amazon.de).
Well, first I would try to grab all of my Warrior Cats books, realize there were too many to hold, then grab The Fault In Our Stars. :\

I'm not very attached to any of my books tbh so in a scenario where i already grabbed my cat, phone and laptop i'm going to pick The Earthsea Cycle because it's a pretty hardcover book that cost me good coins and i haven't even started it yet 🥲

If I could choose I'd probably take my study Bible and all my multivolume sets. If time is limited I'd just get a bag and grab as many books as I could fit.

I would save my A Curse so Dark and Lonely book or the Revenge of the Sith Novelization.
I would only save old books in a fire that are no longer available. New books can easily be replaced and ordered used - like new in amazon.com.
That's so hard to say. But prob my decadent collections. The rest are replaceable
I’m not overly attached to things - of course I say this while I still have them. If I had to pick only one book as the description said, it would be my current library book.

But the bible can get replaced by another bible.
Realistically any book I have could be replaced so I’d take the book I’m currently reading so I don’t lose my place.

I would save my Kindle as it’s got over 9000 ebooks on it. It’s a veritable small town library, so I’d be saving ALL my books

For me its "The Time Traveler's Wife"This is a book that made a huge impact on me. The movie doesn't do it justice. I bawled my eyes out for days reading this book in high school.
If you all haven't read it, I def recommend if you are in the mood for falling in love with the characters and need a good cry!

Most of my books could be replaced but one I’d likely never find again is The Magical Horses by Beate Epp. I don’t think many copies are out there, it’s a signed edition and one of my all time favs, worth a few singed hairs to get that one

I changed my mind. I would save my kindle. It currently has 892 books downloaded. But I would also grab the charger.

Because it got mentioned by several people and that made me wonder.
Honestly I would wholeheartedly have to say “beautiful boy” by David Sheff

A Dog Called Kitty... it's the first chapter book I ever owned and got me into my love of reading. Although, I have so many books I'd probably burn up in the fire trying to find it amongst all my shelves.
