I recommend “The Silent Patient“ by Alex Michaelides, if you haven’t read it already. It starts off kind of slow, but the plot twist has me shook.
I second The Silent Patient. I still have not read another book that came close to shocking me like that one.
“A good girls guide to murder” is definitely a favorite of mine and caught me by surprise many times, it’s maybe more of a mystery but still super good!
the perfect couple by elin hilderbrand..yes that elin hilderbrand...while it may not be a thriller it is a drama murder mystery in her go to sunny beach setting. lots of twists and who done it momentsfrieda mcfadden books like
the housemaid
the housemaids secret
ward
I strongly, strongly recommend No One Saw A Thing by Andrea Mara. It's one of the best thrillers I've ever read, really gripping with lots of twists and mystery
I Recommend: You - Caroline Kepnes“Have you ever fallen so deeply in love with someone that you would do anything to have them by your side?” This is the question that permeates every page of Caroline Kepnes’ book “You,” a work that takes us into the disturbing and fascinating world of Joe Goldberg, a man who becomes obsessed with Guinevere Beck and is willing to do whatever it takes to have her.
I've written a Review about the book, if you wanna have an idea:

Okay. . . So that is all I use to read and I’m a person that can pretty much guess what is going to happen. These are the books that I could not and was greatly pleased with. I hope this helps and you enjoy! Behind her eyes by Sarah Pinborugh
Dark Places by Gillian Flynn
Rock, paper, scissors by Alice feeney
Layla by Colleen Hoover
The Push by Ashley Audrain
Never lie by Freida McFadden
Pretty Girls by Karen Slaughter
All the Little Raindrops by Mia Sheridan (suggestion to go into this completely blind) mind you there is several trigger warnings on the last two suggestions.
