Do you prefer reading books or comics or both?

A friend of mine said he loved reading romances but when I reccomended one of my fav ones (which is a book), he said: "Ehhh, I only read comics, books are boring, they're full of letters that make me feel hard to imagine the characters' appearances." After that I never reccommend a single book for him again, cause I was super annoyed by what he said at that time. ;(

regular books, but i love comics too!! i just find hard to find it on the internet to download (i don't have incoming so i rely on 🏴‍☠️ during this time 😔 - and i don't think that this is okay and right but it's the only way i can have access to books/comics/mangas/graphic novels)

I should read more graphic novels. I really appreciate that non-fiction and memoirs are popping up in GN formats. I think it's really artistic and creative.

I use to eat comics when I was younger. I grow up with comics it was my life for ages. Than for a period of time I didn't have much time and my only focus was on books. Some years back I got very good collection of comics which I adore when I was younger and unfortunately I can't read them any more. I did try many times but it doesn't work, I get bored very fast. :-(
