How would you like to feel like your a character in a book? Let me tell you its amazing! John Grant makes it feel like your really in the book, but in reality your not. The main characters are Sam, Quinn, and Ashtrid. Sam is like a small hero he helped save kids when the bus driver had a heart attack, and he saved a little girl from a fire. Quinn is a layed back kind of kid who loves to serf, and joke around ;However, Ashtrid is the complete opposite she is all about getting straight A's and not goofing off. You would think that they would never get along, but they fit together like a puzzle piece, but when Caine comes will they be tared apart? Imagine sitting in class one day board as can be then suddenly..... your teacher disperses! This is what happened in the book Gone by Michael Grant. Except it was not only the teachers that diapered parents, and anyone over 15 also vanished, or as Quinn likes to call it "Poofing". So not the kids of The "Fayz" are stranded with only the limited supplies of food in houses and in stores. All of the kids gather around the Plaza down town not knowing what happened to their parents or teachers. Kids ransack houses and stores for whatever they can find to eat or drink.
