Lily shooting Billy Hood was replayed on the media over and over again. Given that it appeared the group of Native assassins were seeking retribution against men who’d mistreated their community, should it have occurred to the team that they might focus on Lily or was what she did out of bounds?

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3474 comments I need to think about this question a little more. Lily wasn't out of bounds. She was saving a fellow officer. I don't think the Natives would see it the same, as they were so full of anger.
