Can't Find This Book (had to post under a book though)

I can't remember the title of this book but it's a thriller/horror that follows employees who stay behind during a tropical storm and get stuck there and form groups in themed sections. Can't remember the name of it but it was written from the perspective of an interviewer speaking with the survivors. Please help
