Or
Maybe re-read you favorite book ever again.

Vanessa (vanessacumberlandcountypa) Hi Aralette, taking a break after an emotional book may be helpful. I've found that when I'm not in the mood to pick up a book reading a magazine or online article can help me to have focus again for a book. I've also found that physical activity (like exercise or gardening) helps me to have a clearer mind for reading. All the best to you!

Jessica | 3 comments I have a friend that likes to do a "palette cleanser" after emotional books, for her it's her guilty pleasure smut novellas, for me its just a spicy feel good romance. Six of crows gave me a book hangover too and this helped!
