Truthfully I don't think that you would like Cloud Cuckoo Land.

I’m a little worried about it too. I’d love a buddy read on a shorter literary fiction book that fits the March tag and letters.

Nancy, I actually think you would like it, if you want to take the time needed to invest in it.
It deals with environmental issues, which I know you are concerned about.
It does take a while to piece everything together.

Nancy, I think you would enjoy as well and it read really quickly for me.

Anita--I gave Cloud Cuckoo Land 1 star and agree with Booknblues for you, even though you and I often like/dislike different books :)
And I gave Cloud Cuckoo Land 5*****. I think you'd like it, Anita, but this is probably not the right time for you to make this kind of commitment to literature.
I gave it 5 stars, but it is very "meta" - writing about writing. And some of the interlocking stories are quite lengthy.
@Anita - I too have Cloud Cuckoo Land - in ebook - yet I just have not been in the right head space or even had the time to read it. I am sure it will be a slow read, and I will need to space it out with a few light 'vacation reads' in the middle. So I keep putting it farther down the TBR Tower. Maybe we revisit reading it as a buddy read later in the year? I'd be game to consider it - even though I won't right now.

I said nothing until BooknBlues did, so who knows, Anita? It sounds like there is only one way to find out!

After FINALLY finishing The Heaven & Earth Grocery store, I feel I need to find a book I'm going to love. Or at least that is short. There's so many great recommendations.
