Deleting a book and help with author with same name

Hi. I created a duplicate of the same book when trying to get it attributed to the correct Any Johnson author. Could someone delete these version please.

Also. I read the guide about adding the appropriate number of spaces between the first and second name however I am confused. I added 9 spaces as per in her solo published work. On one version it now links to her Goodreads author account and on another it doesn’t. Any ideas? Thanks

Is there any reason you cannot delete that edition yourself? You are a librarian after all.
Regarding the other question, I see no problem with the attribution. If you are talking about the cached book page, that usualy updates within a week but I've seem books that took more.
