Kids book about a boy and a girl at a summer camp of some sort. The boy eats a lycanthrope flower that turns him into a werewolf, and the girl can see through the eyes of a hawk to see where a wolf pack is.

I don't know if I'm mixing up books, but I'm pretty sure the girl helps another boy near the wolf pack so the wolves don't kill him.

I remember the cover being blueish with a werewolf on the front, and I think the camp leader or janitor was also a werewolf.

I remember specifically the lycanthrope flowers were addictive and the boy couldn't help himself from eating them
