FMC was abducted, I believe by aliens or something, from I think the side of the road by a gas station. While she is gone her father gets really into aliens, her mother ends up divorcing him for it. When FMC returns she has no memory of the time she was gone and she hasn't aged. She goes to her home but a new family is living there, so she goes to her boyfriends house, except the door is answered by his younger brother who is now the same age as her. FMC finds out her (ex)boyfriend has moved on with her best friend, and her mother has remarried (and has a new kid?). There was another book in the series following this one, I believe where the FMC's ex-boyfriend's younger brother, who she is at that point dating, has been abducted. Read 2014-2018, I believe it was a recent-ish publish at that time.

Edit: Author's name may have been Amanda, and surname was definitely between C's and K's.
