The main girl was riding a horse when someone else hit her on their horse. They dropped a package which was from her brother. It had a message on some cloth that she had to hide with her sewing stuff. She was supposed to deliver a message to someone named Adams I think. Her dad was a doctor and it there was a thing with star cakes. Her aunt had an eccentric friend and I think the main love interest might have been names Williams? I read this book maybe nine years ago? It was part of a three in one book but I really want the specific one
